This automatic sand blasting machine with turntable is specially designed for finishing of inner and outer surfaces of round disc, cylinder or polygon shaped workpieces, such as handicrafts, glass & metal lampshade, non-stick pan, flashlight, baking pan, stainless steel wash basin, wine bottle, glass cup or others workpieces. Automatic rotary table sand blasting mahcine tends to Improve working efficiency and ensure quality consistency.

This automatic blaster workes through a index turntable taking a quantity of small turntable stations, both rotating in 360 degree, the index turntable rotates intermittently, while the small turntables rotate constantly. After operators clip the parts in the small turntables, the index turntable drives them to the blasting stations, and auto guns swinging and blasting to make a high quality entire finish.

1. The automatic blasting guns can be set for fixed blasting or swinging blastings as actual requirements.

2. High automation. Sandblasting job is completed automatically, the processing parameters can be set and controlled through PLC, simple, safe and reliable.

3, For the blast guns, the blasting distance, the swinging speed and swinging angle all can be adjusted to fit various objects.

4. The size and quantity of the turntable can be customized, and additional fixtures and fixers can be added.

5. Used sandblasting abrasives can be recycled in a bottom funnel for constant utilization, reduce cost.

The automated sand blaster is built with cyclone at the top to separate abrasives from dust for recycling, while dusts are collected in the independent cartridge filter system to keep a clear working view and prevents air pollution.
