This high pressure sandblast machine is specially designed with 2 working stations, which is required to operate larger workparts. Unlike normal blaster sucking medias, this machine works by compressed air directly pushing and accelarating the medias to blast gun nozzle, then blasting them out onto the target surface.

Benefits of Pressure Sandblast Machine

Generally, pressure sandblast machines deliver abrasive media at about twice the speed of siphon blasting cabinets. Heavy and caked-on residue is much easier to strip with a direct pressure blaster. Pressure sandblasting also has higher working efficiency, cleaning surfaces is about 3 to 4 times faster compare with siphon blasting.

Pressure sandblast machine can blast with heavier media. Metallic blast media, like shot or steel grit is not easily done in a traditional suction blast cabinet. Pressure sandblasting machines mix the air and blast media in a pressurized pot, and expel the abrasive into the cabinet.
