1. This machine is used 3 phase high-performance anti-explosion vibration motor, generally preferred when strong vibration intensity is required and for medium to big size parts or for heavy parts.
2. Easy to operate, in the work process, worker can make random inspection of parts. And PLC control is optional which can achieve unmanned operation.
3. The bowl lining is extremely important as it ensures the base bowl fabrication is protected and the components are effectively processed. The high wear resistant, polyurethane material reduces the coefficient of friction between the media and bowl, increasing media life.
4. The treatments will not destroy the original shape and dimensional accuuracy, but make a bright and smooth surface.
How does the Vibratory Finishing Machine work?
Driven by a vibration motor, the mixture of polishing media and compounds constantly contacts surface of parts, mutual friction between them can realize a perfect effect of finishing.
For quick and convenient discharging the parts, the vibratory machine is designed with automatic parts-media separating section, which greatly saves labor cost.
The vibratory finishing machine is used for surface cleaning industrial parts, such as removal of impurities, grease, thermal oxide, contaminants, rust and so on, also widely applied in deburring aluminum or zinc alloy castings, the thickness and location of the burrs can be precisely controlled
