Working Principle

Automatic alloy wheel polishing machine processing steps

1. Grinding: Add 5-6mm brown corundum ball 250KG and 10mm brown corundum triangle 100KG, add cleaning agent 2-3 paper cups, and then add water without abrasive, grinding for 15 minutes, the specific time is adjusted according to the actual situation of the wheel hub.

2. Polishing effect: Add 350KG zirconia, and then add 1-2 paper cups of polishing liquid. Polishing time can be set by yourself. Usually about 10 minutes.
