The tumble basket blaster offers batch production by automatic tumbling & blasting, greatly saving manual labor and increase output. Installed with a sandblasting basket which holds large volume of small sized accessories, like screws, zipper head, electric components, plastic pieces, do the cleaning jobs with consistent quality results.

5. Built-in cartridge filter dust collector effectively removes dust from the cabin, keeps a clear working space, ensures the air discharged to the atmosphere is dustfree.

6. Equip durable blasting gun with 8mm boron carbide nozzle, and air bowling gun for final cleaning.The blasted abrasive can be recycled for many times

 

 






Working Process of Tumble Bakset Blast Cabinet

The simple blasting system provides easy operation. Users just load workparts into the tumbling basket, close the door, set the blasting time, turn on the dust collector and start the machine, all parts will be automatically finished, entirely and evenly. After the cycle, the parts will be directly unloaded from the discharged chute. The automatic tumble blast machine obviously improve production on quantity, quality.
