This vibratory tumbler is designed with
screening section that allows 100% separating of media and parts. At the final round finishing, processed parts and media will clamp on the screen, tumbling media drop back to the tumbler through holes, leaving only parts discharged.

1. Inner wall of the bowl is made of wear-resistant PU material, minimizes the impact to parts and media,extends machine's lifespan.
2. Sturdy bowl base and heavy-loaded spring, iron casting body with coated surface, features durable and longer life.
3. Round open bowl allows user to do random inspection in the working process at any moment.
4. Three phase vibration motor supports sufficient polishing force, makes entire and thorough finish.
5. The size and style of screen hole can be customer-made based on actual products.
6. Allows to equip with electric controller to achieves frequency adjustable, in order to set optimal vibration speed and amplitude for diffferent parts.
