1. Each automatic blasting guns is controlled individually, can be set for fixed blasting or swinging blastings as actual requirements.

2. High automation. Sandblasting job is completed automatically, the processing parameters can be set and controlled through PLC, simple, safe and reliable.

3. For the blast guns, the blasting distance, the swinging speed and swinging angle all can be adjusted to fit various objects.

4. With a large dust collector and special cyclone separator to effective collects dust generated during blasting, ensures a clear working cabinet for obsercation. as well as reduce environmental pollution.

5. Used sandblasting abrasives can be recycled in a bottom funnel for constant utilization, reduce cost.

This automatic sandblasting machine activates through a large turntable taking a quantity of small turntables, both rotating in 360 degree. After operators clip the parts in the small turntables, the large turntable drives them to the blasting stations, and auto guns swing and blasting to make a high quality finish.
