Applications of Vibratory Polishing Machine
1. Deburring by vibratory finishing represents a cost-effective method to adapt contours and surface structures of workpieces to individual qualitatively needs and requirements.
2. With the use of vibratory finishing, a well-defined material removal can be achieved on the workpiece edge at simultaneously high precision of the process.
3. Any surface roughness due to casting and the sintering process or machining and the additive manufacturing process can be specifically reduced due to homogenous material removal on the workpieces.
4. Grease, oil residues and other adhesions on the workpiece surface will be gently and cost-effectively removed under the influence of mechanical action by the use of special compounds.
