Vibratory Grinding Machine for Parts Finishing

This vibratory grinding machine is robust and has been designed for a process where 100% discharge of media and parts is required at the end of the process. If manual separation is mandatory, both large and small batches of components can be processed in this machine. During process, the round bowl contains the mixture of grinding media, workpiece, compounds, a vibration motor making entire load constantly rotating and tumbling, in which condition the parts and media rub against each other to reach the purpose of surface finishing, such as, cleaning, smoothing, deburring, polishing, chamfering, etc.
