Kafan Automatic Roller Conveyor Sand Blasting Machine is an automatic through-feed machine, specially designed roller conveyor, suitable for heavy workpiece, achieves high processing efficiency with less labor, reduce cost in long term production. PLC control and electronic sensor technology enables blast guns to be automatically turned off when no components are present, eliminating waste of energy and unnecessary wear-and-tear on the machine.

How automatic roller conveyor sand blasting machine works?

The operators put the workpiece on the roller conveyor, when the workpiece is transported into the sand blasting chamber, the blasting guns automatically swinging and blasting, ensures the products is blasted entirely. Then the workpiece pass through the clean room for cleaning, finally comes out from the other side of the conveyor to be discharged.

This specially designed roller conveyor automatic sand blasting machine is ideal for sandblasting heavy workpieces, such as I-beams, aluminum profiles, doors and windows, etc.

1. The automatic sand blasting machine applies advanced PLC electric and pneumatic control system, with a high degree of flexibility and stability.
2. The angle of each gun rack can be freely adjusted to achieve automatic swing or point blasting.
3. The conveyor motor is controlled by frequency converter, whose speed can be steplessly regulated by inverter within the range of 0 ~ 2m/min.
4. Designed with cyclone separator for effectively separation of abrasives from dusts.
5. Independent cartridge filter dust removal system with excellent effect of dust extraction and ventilation.
6. Abrasive funnels at the bottom of the automatic blaster, ensures all used abrasives are recycled, reduce consumption and save cost.
