Multi-turntable Automated Sandblasting Machine for Batch Processing

This automated sandblasting machine is configured with a large indexing table and fitted with multiple small turntables inserted with workparts. The indexing table intermittently or continuously rotates to present the workparts in accurate position in front of the automatic blast guns, while each small turntable rotates itself ensure all the surface to be covered.
This automatic blasting system only requires one operator stand at the front opening station to load and unload the products.

1. Each automatic blasting guns is controlled individually, can be set for fixed blasting or swinging blastings as actual requirements.

2. High automation. Sandblasting job is completed automatically, the processing parameters can be set and controlled through PLC, simple, safe and reliable.

3. For the blast guns, the blasting distance, the swinging speed and swinging angle all can be adjusted to fit various objects.

4. With a large dust collector and special cyclone separator to effective collects dust generated during blasting, ensures a clear working cabinet for obsercation. as well as reduce environmental pollution.

5. Used sandblasting abrasives can be recycled in a bottom funnel for constant utilization, reduce cost.
