Customized automatic roller conveyor sandblasting machine for two sides of the flat workparts
The customized roller conveyor sandblasting machine specially for customers can blast both sides of the workpiece at the same time without turning the workpiece over, which improves work efficiency and saves time and cost.
The roller comveyor sandblasting machine configured with upper and lower 2 blasting stations, allows the 2 groups of blasting guns cleaning surfaces from upper and bottom directions.
Automatic Roller Conveyor Sandblaster Features:
1. The speed of roller conveyor is controlled by variable frequency, whose flexibility ensure the optimal finishing result.
2. The swinging angle, and distance between the blasting gun and parts can be adjusted to meet particular needs.
3. Only requires operator to load and unload the work pieces, conveying and blasting by the automatic blast system, easy ane reliable.
4. A dust removing system thoroughly collects dust leaving a clear working view and ensures the recycling of pure abrasives.
5. The automatic sand blasting machine can be equipped with many blasting guns, 10pcs, 12pcs, etc, as customer required.
6. Machine size and configuration can be customized according to requirements.
