This automatic sandblasting machine is specially designed for batch processing of cylinder shape of workparts, such as wine bottle, glass cup, pot, wine cooker, etc. Automatic rotary blasting mahcine tends to Improve working efficiency and ensure quality consistency.

This automatic blaster workes through a index turntable taking a quantity of small turntable stations, both rotating in 360 degree, the index turntable rotates intermittently, while the small turntables rotate constantly.. After operators clip the parts in the small turntables, the index turntable drives them to the blasting stations, and auto guns swinging and blasting to make a high quality entire finish.

1. The automatic blasting guns can be set for fixed blasting or swinging blastings as actual requirements.

2. High automation. Sandblasting job is completed automatically, the processing parameters can be set and controlled through PLC, simple, safe and reliable.

5. Used sandblasting abrasives can be recycled in a bottom funnel for constant utilization, reduce cost.

The automated sand blaster is built with cyclone at the top to separate abrasives from dust for recycling, while dusts are collected in the independent cartridge filter system to keep a clear working view and prevents air pollution.
