This wet sandblasting machine is specially made of stainless steel plate to avoids geting rust, the powder coated surface makes it extremely durable and wear-resistent to ensures long life. Double working station is designed to blast long and large oversized workparts, and allows 2 operators working at same time.

Features of Wet Sandblasting Machine
1. A high performance slurry pump to highly mix the abrasive and water.
2. Inner chamber of the wet blatsing chamber has rubber lining, reduce jet shock.
3. The blasting gun nozzle use most wear-resistant material, boron carbide.
4. Abrasive is effectively used for multi times, reduce consumption and save cost.
5. Foot pedal switch controls the working of blasting, safe and reliable.
6. Can add anti-rust agent to sandblasting slurry in order not to get rust of metal parts.
How Wet Sandblasting Machine Works
The water & abrasive slurry is contained within the cabinet sump. Delivery of the slurry to the abrasive blast gun nozzle is via a glandless polyurethane pump and associated hoses located inside the aqua blasting machine.Compressed air is added at the blast nozzle to accelerate the slurry onto the workpiece and provides the finishing effect. After contact with the workpiece, the slurry then drains back into the sump creating a re-circulating system.
Fine and broken down abrasive and other contaminants are fed by an overflow into a sedimentation filter located at the rear of the machine.
