Working Principle

How automatic roller conveyor sandblasting machine works?

The operators put the workpiece on the roller conveyor, when the workpiece is transported into the sandblasting chamber, the blasting guns automatically swinging and blasting, ensures the products is blasted entirely. Then the workpiece pass through the clean room for cleaning, finally comes out from the other side of the conveyor to be discharged.

1. The automatic sandblasting machine applies advanced PLC electric and pneumatic control system, with a high degree of flexibility and stability.
2. The angle of each gun rack can be freely adjusted to achieve automatic swing or point blasting.
3. The conveyor motor is controlled by frequency converter, whose speed can be steplessly regulated by inverter within the range of 0 ~ 2m/min.
4. Designed with cyclone separator for effectively separation of abrasives from dusts.
5. Independent cartridge filter dust removal system with excellent effect of dust extraction and ventilation.
6. Abrasive funnels at the bottom of the automatic blaster, ensures all used abrasives are recycled, reduce consumption and save cost.
