Kafan closed loop wet sandblasting machine with an water recirculating rinse tank interconnected to the slurry hopper. It can be fitted with a skimmer to remove floating oil or grease. A high-capacity slurry pump and a high-flow wet-blast gun make this model an impressive performer for industrial slurry blasting applications.

Kafan closed loop wet sandblasting machine is configured with a water recirculating system, which means it does not require a running water supply to operate. The blasted wet slurry will be filtered, thus the clean water and pure abrasive can be recycled.

Closed Loop Wet Sandblasting Machine Features

1. Wet sandblasting machine body is made of 3mm stainless steel plate with paint, which is stronger and more durable than ordinary carbon steel.

2. The inner wall of the blasting chamber is covered with rubber, in order to improve equipment life.

3. The vapor cabinet is equipped with a perspective window and windscreen wiper for the observation the sand blasting conditions during working.
4. A specially designed pump that agitates water and media into a slurry, and deliver the slurry to the blast nozzle is via a
hoses located inside the machine.

5. The wet blasting gun with 8mm boron carbide nozzle is durable for long time use.
6. An optinal heavy-duty turntable is to simplify operating of heavy or irregular workparts.
7. Reliable foot pedal controlls the working to increase operation safety.
