Tub Vibratory Tumbler Finishing Machine Features:
 

1. The vibratory tube can be divided into several smaller compartment to meet the demands of using different abrasives or keep parts from contacting with each other.

2. With high wear-resistant polyurethane lined in the vibratory container to increase the service life of more than 5 times as well as avoiding collisions on the wall and and reduce the noise.

Tub Vibratory Finishing Machine Components and Work Program:

The 400 linear vibration polishing machine is mainly composed of a vibrating motor, a groove container, a base and a spring uniformly arranged on the plane of the base.

During the finishing process, the trough container body welded with steel plates is the main part subject to vibration and has good rigidity. The inner wall of the container is lined with polyurethane to avoid scratches on the surface of the workpiece and reduce noise during the vibration process.

There are two sets of eccentric blocks on the left and right ends of the vibration motor. By adjusting their relative positions, the amplitude of the amplitude can be adjusted to meet the needs of finishing of different types of parts.


When the vibration motor shaft rotates at high speed, the eccentric block generates centrifugal force and tilting moment, and through the action of the spring, the container body generates regular vibration, and the polishing block and workpiece in the container also produce regular movement, polishing and polishing. The relative movement between the block and the workpiece enables the polishing block to finish the workpiece.

What is the pressure range(psi)of a sandblasting machine?
Generally the pressure range of a sandblaster is 2-8 bar. Why maximum value is 8 bar? it is because the original design is 8 bar, that is, sandblasting process does not need too high air pressure, or the hose inside the equipment will burst. So we should control the inlet pressure at 8 bar maxium.
