Two-in-one intelligent automatic sandblasting machine with turntable and tumble basket
Multifunctional automatic turntable sandblasting cabinet, which has both a turntable and a tumble basket, can work at the same time or work separately, the turntable is suitable for cylindrical or heavy workpieces, such as alloy wheels, molds, auto parts, etc., and basket tumbler is suitable for handling batches of small workpieces.
You can also purchase an automatic sandblasting cabinet with a turntable or a tumble basket according to the workpiece requirements.
Multifunctional automatic sandblasting cabinet features
1. Automatic sandblasting cabinet can be set automatic or manual blasting for multi purposes.
2. The size of the turntable and tumble drum, the quantity of blasting guns can be designed according to user requirements.
3. Each blast gun is individually controlled thus to select single gun or multi-gun working according to the quantity of parts.
4. The tumble drum is 360 degrees automatic rotation for entire workpiece sandblasting.
5. Control panel at the front gives you easy access to set blasting time, select gun blasting mode and dust removing.
6. The removed dust is collected through a cartridge filter dust collector, which is cleaned by pulse-jet valve.
