The vibratory tumbler bowl is widely used for deburring, cleaning, descaling, polishing, degreasing, radiusing. Can be specially configured with an independent controller to achieve speed and amplitube adjustable.

Vibratory polishing machine have a high performance motor that shakes the bowl in a circular path, making entire load constantly rotating and tumbling, in which condition the parts and media rub against each other to reach the purpose of surface finishing.

Working Principle

How does vibratory finishing tumbling machine work?

Driven by a vibration motor, finishing quality is determined by the interplay between finishing machine, media, compound and water. During this process the grinding media act on the parts/components like numerous little files which operate continuously in multiple directions. This typically replaces hand deburring or manual refurbishment of components individually.
