This complete automatic continuous rotation sandblaster is specially designed to have no barrier, that can be continuous uninterrupted rotation working and the turntable number was designed from eight to twenty, suitable for cylinder parts outside surface sandblasting processing, clear the surface dirt, scratches and other sundry, to surface matte state.

Automatic Turntable Sand Blasting Machine Features

1. Each automatic blasting guns is controlled individually, can be set for fixed blasting or swinging blastings as actual requirements.

2. High automation. Sandblasting job is completed automatically, the processing parameters can be set and controlled through PLC, simple, safe and reliable.

3. For the blast guns, the blasting distance, the swinging speed and swinging angle all can be adjusted to fit various objects.

4. With a large dust collector and special cyclone separator to effective collects dust generated during blasting, ensures a clear working cabinet for obsercation. as well as reduce environmental pollution.

5. Used sandblasting abrasives can be recycled in a bottom funnel for constant utilization, reduce cost.

6. The number and size of the turntable, the size of the machine, and the fixture can be customized.

Turntable Type Automatic Sand Blasting Machine Working Principle

This automatic blaster activates through a large turntable taking a quantity of small turntables, both rotating in 360 degree. After operators clip the parts in the small turntables, the large turntable drives them to the blasting stations, and auto guns swing and blasting to make a high quality finish.  Different styles of sand blasting machines are available
