This machine is an automatic sandblasting machine, achieves high working efficiency with automatic operation, reduces cost in long term production. The automatic sandblasting machine is equipped with a conveyor belt, which is ideal for the surface finishing work of batch plates.
Designed with PLC control and electronic sensor technology enables blast guns to be automatically turned off when no components are present, eliminating waste of energy and unnecessary wear-and-tear on the machine.

Kafan Conveyor Belt Automatic Sandblasting Machine is specially suitable for applying to finish mobile phone shell, also suitable for sheet metal, aluminum profiles, glass plates, wooden board, steel plates, audio panel, etc, also can be used for electronic (plastic) products deburring.

Automatic conveyor belt sandblasting machine features

1. The conveyor transportation speed is controlled by frequency, allows you to adjust an optimal value when blasting different parts.

2. Only requires operator place the workpiece on the conveyor belt, sandblasting job is completed automatically, simple, safe and reliable.

3, For the blast guns, the blasting distance, the swinging speed and swinging angle all can be adjusted to fit various objects.

4. Built with dust collector and cyclone separator to collect dust generated during blasting, ensures a clear working cabinet for observation, as well as reduce environmental pollution.

5. Used sandblasting abrasives can be recycled in a bottom funnel for constant utilization, reduce cost.

Working Principle

Working process of automatic conveyor belt sandblasting machine

- In our automatic conveyor sand blasting machine, components are continuously presented to an array of pre-positioned guns as the parts are conveyed in and out of the blast chamber on an adjustable-speed belt. 

- Up to 12 suction-blast guns are bracketed in fixed position, rotated on a turret or oscillated to cover more surface area, or they can sweep parts in linear motion synchronized with indexed movement of the belt.

- Our 3-chambered cabinet isolates blasting for cleaner, quieter operation and has an air wash blow-off zone. Automatic sandblasting machine.

- The blasted surface of the product is clean, has no sticky debris after automatic sandblasting. In particular, automatic sandblasting avoids the uneven blasting effect, chromatic aberration, it enhance the quality of the batch.
