450L Metal Vibratory Polishing Machine Deburring Tumbler Bowl
Kafan designs vibratory tumbler polishing machine has a sturdy structure with a separation table. This is a general purpose vibratory polishing machine, ideal for small parts and medium parts deburring and polishing. This machine is possible for manual insertable separation gate or customized with automatic pneumatic control.
Vibratory finishing machine with different configurations
An independent frequency control cabinet offers the flexbility to adjust vibration speed and amplitube to meets different finishing requirements.
It can be specially designed with a lid cover which can isolate the sound and prevent splash of compouds or medias, which protect the operator with safety and quietness. The lid is electrically controlled.

Working Process of Vibratory Finishing Machine with Parts-Media Separator
At the final deburrong circle, operator reverses the rotational direction of the motor and the contents in bowl will move in the opposite direction. Through the spiral bottom design, the contents climb to the screen system while the tumbling media will drop through the screen hole back to the bowl, leaving the finished parts automatically discharged. The separation of workparts and media makes it possible to fully automate the finishing process after loading parts.
