Machine structure: drum turntable assembly, drum automatic dumping mechanism, machine base and electronic control system.
1. Roller turntable assembly: It is installed on the large turntable driven by the V-belt by four hexagonal drums. The planetary synchronous belt set drives the drum to form a reverse rotation on the large turntable to make the abrasive in the drum. Strong friction with the workpiece under the action of double centrifugal force, can finish the finishing of the workpiece efficiently, drive the large rotary disc brake motor, and control the inverter to make the large turntable reach the stepless speed change from 0 to 180
.
2, the drum automatic dumping mechanism: using 0.55KW motor through the reducer sprocket drive system, the drum can be automatically turned 360°, the drum cover can be opened first when the material is discharged, and the drum can be turned down by the operation button. °, pour the workpiece and abrasive into the lower receiving trough.
3. Machine base: welded by steel plate and channel steel. The drum turntable assembly is fixed on the upper part of the machine base. The upper part of the machine base is equipped with a circular arc-shaped upper cover. The front part of the upper cover is equipped with a movable sliding door and the sliding door is closed. The machine can be started.
4. Electronic control system: The electric box installed in the closed side of the machine can be rotated 20° to the outside to facilitate the loading and unloading of the upper cover of the machine. The main unit is controlled by the buttons of the control panel, and the imported inverter is used from 0 to 180. Can be adjusted at will. With a high-quality brake motor, the four kegs can be parked at the desired position
5, the polyurethane (PU) imported from Japan is wear-resistant, high temperature resistant, acid and alkali resistant, long service life and easy to replace.
