Working Principle of Metal Vibratory Polisher

Vibratory Polishing Machine has a round bowl to hold abrasives and work pieces. When the machine is working, it makes high frequency vibration. The grinding media and work pieces are tumbling spirally forward and they are grinding each other during the tumbling. This makes the work pieces deburred, chamfered, polished and clean.  Vibratory polishing machine creates clean and bright surfaces, as well as improve quality consistency.
