Dust-free wet sandblasting machine

KF-1212W dust-free wet sandblasting machine uses a seal-less slurry pump to agitate the abrasive and water into a slurry mixture. The wet slurry mixture is pumped directly to the abrasive blast gun where compressed air pressure accelerates the mixture to the desired pressure rating, and accelerate the mixture to the product surface. The whole sandblasting process is dust free, water reduces the dust, keeps a clean working environment. 

 

Kafan wet sandblasting machine can be configured with an optional recirculating rinse tank interconnected to the slurry hopper for a closed loop system. It can be fitted with a skimmer to remove floating oil or grease, and optional manual or automatic turntable of different sizes can be customized according to customer needs.
