Vibratory Polishing Machine with Media Parts Separator

Kafan vibratory polishing machine are widely used in various manufacturing industries for providing the perfect finish to components and parts. obtain a flat and shiny surface or restore the natural color of metal, especially recommeded for the polishing of brass, stainless steel, aluminum or other metal parts, creating high brightness surface,  also applied to deburring, descaling, rounding of corners, cleaning processes.

Our vibratory polisher is designed with screening section that allows 100% separating of media and parts. At the final round finishing, processed parts and media will clamp on the screen, tumbling media drop back to the tumbler through holes, leaving only parts discharged.
